Room for rent in our two story house in Mount Riverview. There's a big balcony with eastward facing views all the way to the city, heaps of storage space, an awesome backyard that backs onto bush reserve (Wallabies included), large open plan living dining room, air conditioning (not that we use it), dishwasher, induction stove, fireplace, and there's workshop, rowing machine and spin bike in the garage. The train to Central takes approximately 70 minutes. Unfortunately pets aren't allowed, and we'd strongly prefer a non-smoker. We're both vegetarian, so another vego would be good. This house is very much a place for us to relax and have quiet downtime, so if you like to party at home, listen to excessively loud music at night, and constantly have heaps of mates over, it probably won't work out. If however, you like cups of tea, quality chats, science fiction movies and early nights, then we'll get along great. We are both pretty clean and tidy people, so we'd like someone who cleans up after themselves and takes the initiative if something needs doing around the house. The room is 2500mm x 3650mm with a built-in and is currently furnished with a king size bed, but can be cleared out if you prefer. Hi guys, Have two rooms for rent in a house in Penrith. You’ll be living with me (Gabbi, 24, postgrad student, working) and one other person (max 3 people in total). The house is really nice, in the best suburb in Penrith, and right on the water. It’s very spacious, brand new (almost finished) and we will be the first to live in it, woo! Unfortunately I don’t have more pictures, but you will fall in love with it when you see it. I move in on the 15th feb (will upload more pics then). The home is beautiful and modern, with timber floors and carpet. Has ducted air conditioner in every room, massive kitchen with walk in pantry and lots of space, large windows, sliding doors to private yard, two separate living areas, separate toilet downstairs, private courtyard, security system, self maintained yard, new washing machine/fridge etc, is 2 mins drive to Westfield, few minutes from the hospital and less than 5 mins walk to the train station. Both rooms are double with air conditioning and built in robes, and sharing the upstairs bathroom. One room is slightly larger and will have their own spot in the double garage ($240). The other room will be able to use on street parking ($220). I’m wanting the house to have a really comfortable and friendly vibe and am looking for someone preferably in their 20’s - mid 30’s. The rooms are both furnished but I'm flexible in moving it out if you want to bring your own for the room.
