It isn't a party house, and we love it to be a proper home. The house is lovely and cosy, located in Battery Point. It is a short walk to Salamanca (and everything else). You will live with two other girls. Rent is $155/week + $30 internet per month + electricity bill. The room for rent is huge, and separated in two parts: a small one where the bed is, and a bigger one that I currently use as lounge/office space. Both rooms have some furnitures: king size bed, shelves, a couch, a desk, etc. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, dining room, and a sunroom. There's also a big backyard. It's got a lot of room, indoor plants, it's a well loved space. We clean the house once a week and have a roster for chores.
