This is a great place to live- its a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms with 2 TVs- it's an easy five minute walk to Bellerive Beach, and Bellerive Quay which boasts shops and eateries. Close to bus route for town and Uni, leaving every 10-30 mins. The Clarence Pool is a 30 minute walk from the house. There's a BBQ and bikes -with the Bellerive bike track following the beach line.
From the kitchen, you have a decent view right down to Selfs Point that almost perfectly faces the sunset. There's undercover parking for two cars, I have two cars but currently only use one spot and keep my other car out in the rain. There is a giant building block down the back of the property that I've never used, it's all grass - perfectly suitable for the next Australia Day Big Bash League. I don't use much room in the house - so you'll have a large bedroom and the entire loungeroom to yourself if you wish. There is also a powered room under the house, perfect for storage or you can throw a couch/pool table in there and have some fun (provided your friends aren't too tall!) The garden has some potential to be nice but I'm not particularly good with it. Internet is currently through Launtel at $80/month and is 50mbps NBN - we've never had an issue with it. The heat pump works very effectively in both summer and winter, power bills are roughly $300/qtr (we've been paying $50 each a fortnight and have a decent credit built-up so far)

Good size fully equipped kitchen. Separate laundry as well. I have an entire house worth of furniture which I have collected over the years (spare bedroom unfurnished though). The house is 5mins from the CBD, 2km from the university and 1km from Nutgrove beach. The rent would be $200 each per week, and then power and bills will be split evenly. I have NBN connected already too, so you are more than welcome to use that if you like. My lease is until September 2019 but I have full intention of extending that.

We pride ourselves on having a very quiet accommodation to sleep and rest and we have 24 hour security, with plenty of staff who live on site, and we welcome students to stay here or travellers staying for months at a time.
The house is quite large with 5 bedrooms, a large lounge/kitchen area, furnished with an assortment of chairs, couches and a Thai day bed. There is a backyard porch with a modest backyard with a compost corner, a little thriving veggie patch (tomatoes, spinach, zucchinis and potatoes just planted) and hills hoist, occasionally it sees some backyard cricket as well. There is also a lovely front porch which captures the daily sun while also being amply hidden from the street. It also houses two toilets with one having a double shower. There is off street parking on a relatively busy side street. We also have a cool little cafe across the road if you fancy brunch or a quiet cuppa, I've even managed to get them to give me food and eaten it on the front porch before returning the plate :) The house is located within a 5-8 min walk of both the Sandy Bay shopping centers and University and a brisk 20min walk away from Salamanca/town. Which makes the location amazing and leaves us less reliant on cars.

The rent looks really high, but that price is for 2 people as there are 2 rooms, and each extra person up to 4 is $55. The rooms will be furnished according to how many people but there is a queen ensemble for the first room and 2 singles for the second with freestanding clothes hangers for both . If you want to rent as a couple and use the second room as a loungeroom I can organise tables etc. Included in the rent is pretty much everything you could need aside from fresh cooking ingredients. All laundry/cleaning stuff is included, shampoo/conditioner, milk, tea coffee and a huge variety of dry pantry items and staples, netflix, and all power and internet costs (reverse cycle heating/cooling and unlimited wireless high speed nbn internet). This is the perfect spot for a backpacking couple or group, right next to the cbd but still quiet and dozens of wallabies and padimelons at night .
