The house is 3 bedroom but the 3rd room is used as an office/spare room. There is a bus stop 100m away and it is walking distance to salisbury train station. Your room is a good size with built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and will be unfurnished. Electricity and water will be split between us, unfortunately there is no internet as I just use my phone data so you may need to organise your own internet. Rent two weeks in advance would be ideal.
