Very friendly housemates that love to have a beer together but also respect each others space. I'm an apprentice plumber and Patrice is a sales consultant. We keep a pretty tidy house as a rule but your bedroom is your business. We both work full time so you may not see too much of us. Nice quiet location. Aldi is on the same block and you will find a nice butcher and fruit and veg shop there too as well as a bulk billing GP and some nice cafes. Bus station is just down the road. I have a spare room to rent out in my 2 bedroom clean and spacious townhouse. The room is decent sized with a queen bed and double built-in wardrobe. The bathroom upstairs is shared, but there is a 2nd toilet downstairs also. There is air-con in the living/kitchen area, although downstairs is mostly fairly cool so I don't tend to use it much. I don't currently have a TV in the lounge room, but there's space for one in the 2nd lounge area (converted carpeted garage). It has an open kitchen/lounge/dining, and the garage (which is carpeted) is another lounge area so it's easier to have individual space when we want to. There is also a small space with a lounge upstairs to chill out. It is a great location for public transport, with bus and train within 500m and only a 10-15 minute drive into the city. Woolworths is less than a km away. Electricity/gas/water is included in your rent, and rent is somewhat negotiable for the right person.
