An established veggie garden is booming with delicious freshness that we cannot possibly eat by ourselves! There is a large verandah with a bbq and an outdoor wood fired pizza oven for these summer days. Hello! We are Brigitte and Rose and we are looking for someone to join our wonderful home on liverpool st as we are losing our lovely housemate. A little about the house: hidden off Liverpool st, and behind and above a shop is our lovely home. You enter through a miniature door, or electronic swing doors and head down a driveway to a back courtyard and covered area Perfect for bikes, a bbq and even maybe some couches. The house is set over three levels, with the laundry at the bottom. The middle level has a beautiful kitchen and dining room with big windows facing north catching all the sun and views of the mountain. There are two bedrooms on this level, the bathroom and another room and a spare room on the top level. Although the place has two car spots, Rose and I both have cars and unfortunately there is no street parking so we can really only have someone without a car sorry! The house is a about a 5 minute walk from the middle of town and 10 minutes from the harbour, it's an amazing spot. A little about us: We are two young professionals in our late 20s. We both love cooking, chatting in the evenings but are both pretty busy running around doing adventurous things and going on trips. I do a lot of rock climbing, bike riding, trail running etc and Rose is busy trying to see basically all of Tasmania :) I work shift work and so am often away at work at different hours or sleeping in the daytime. A little about what we are looking for: ideally someone similar in age who is nice and wants to make this a great home together. I know everyone says it, but being an acceptable level of clean is important. Probably not couples as reckon three people sharing one bathroom is enough.
