Our little unit is amazing! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The bedroom is a very decent sized room with a large window looking out onto the balcony. You would have your own bathroom. The unit is fully furnished however the room is only furnished with a queen bed. We live across the road from the train station and its 2 stops to UQ and 3 to south bank! We are down the road from Coles so it's a very convenient location. Its a 15min drive to the city. There is a massive park 2 min walk down the street which has a DOG PARK (yes it's amazing) . We also have a really great cafe down the street to. We have private undercover parking which is secure and a small storage cage if you need.

There's a great variety of food in the area, Rocklea markets just down the road and Toohey Forest half a suburb away, for runners and walkers. Our home comes fully finished with lots of plants, indoor and outdoor and a gorgeous little kitty cat Frankie. We enjoy having our own space and privacy however we don’t live like strangers and often have a chat while cooking dinner and help out one another when needed. The street is really quite with lots of street parking available and the train station is walking. It's also close to the city (about 10-15 minutes drive depending on traffic) The room available for rent is furnished however it can be unfurnished if that suits you better. It has a ceiling fan, great built in robe and block out blinds and screens on the window. There is aircon down stairs, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer ect The price is $235 per week with all bills included including unlimited nbn internet. We just do a simple weekly cleaning roster to keep things easy
