The flat is 200m away from Yeronga Train Station and would suit people who rely on public transport. There's a Coles one stop away at Fairfield station or about a 5 minute drive away, there will also be an Aldi opening there within a month. There is also a 7/11, Dominos, Subway at the end of the street, this may be a good or bad thing for you. Noise isn't really an issue here since the walls are brick and it's very difficult for sound to pass through, noise only leaks through the doors if they're open. This block of units is very cat friendly but not suitable for a dog or other large pets, I have a big ginger boy already and I'm happy to have one more cat here if it gets approved. He's a very friendly boy, he mostly sleeps and eats a lot so he doesn't really mind other cats. If you have a pet I will feed your pets while you're gone as long as you can do the same. Or else happy to bump off a bit of rent for you to do that. One room is smaller with no built in closet space, it can fit a queen bed and a dresser but not a whole lot more than that. The other one is much bigger, built in closet with shelving, and a large window that goes across most of one wall. if you are a couple looking at this I would recommend the bigger room (which is currently mine) as it will be much more comfortable. I don't mind either one as I don't need to fit a ton of furniture. I don't have a fridge or washing machine right now as they belonged to my house mate, but will be getting a fridge shortly if needed.

It features a very high ceiling and high door (making the room feel even bigger). It has a built-in cupboard with mirrored doors. It also has a high window to let in the natural sunlight. The room is unfurnished but the house has everything you'll need :). The townhouse is spacious and very modern. The property has one off street parking (excluding my car in the garage) and ample on street parking (with no parking limits). There’s a huge living area downstairs that’s great for entertaining. There’s a cute kitchen with a gas cooktop too! The kitchen features a brand new fridge that I purchased when my old one was 2cm too big for the gap (both happy and sad about that). Unfortunately (and as much as we’d love to), pets are not allowed. We actually don’t even have any grass. About the area: You’ve got everything you’ll need around the Yeronga area. The house is a short (450m) walk to Yeronga train station, just down the road. It’ll take you roughly 15min to get to the city by train (which is ideal for QUT students). It’s a short walk to the 100, 105 and 125 buses. They’ll take you in the city and to Indooroopilly. It’s a 5 minute drive to Fairfield Gardens where you'll find Coles, Greengrocers, BWS, Liquorland, Post Office, Snap Fitness and more. There's a 7/11 servo there as well. You'll find another 7/11 across the train track, down the road in Yeronga near Dominoes Pizza, Subway, a doctors surgery, chemist and more. Annerley, Buranda, South Brisbane and Woolloogabba are a 8/10min drive away too where you'll find so much more, KFC, Woolworths, Zambrero's and GYG included. We're located a couple of km’s away from the Brisbane Corso which is very popular for bike riding and morning/afternoon runs. Brisbane Corso leads to Green Bridge which will take you over the river to UQ. To get to the city it's a 8km/15 minute drive. To get to Indooroopilly, it takes roughly 15/20 minutes around either side of the river, Mount Gravatt and Carindale are both roughly 20 minutes drive as well.
