About the flatmates
I do not live on the property, which I believe , is a great benefit for the flatmates. I am on the property only to do some repairs when needed or when some flatmate leave the property.
All flatmates are expected to respect each other and let the others to quietly enjoy the house.
At the moment two young guys leave on the property.
