Annerley, Brisbane

Our 5 bedroom sharehouse is on a central, yet quiet street in Annerley. It's cheap, spacious and solid, a new built from only ~7 years ago.

Designed for a big group, downstairs is all shared living spaces: lounge, kitchen, dining, undercover patio, laundry and a powder room (toilet and sink).

Bedrooms are upstair - there's a master bedroom and four single bedrooms. The master has its own bathroom and toilet, and the four single bedrooms share the bathroom and separate toilet pictured.

Some of the perks: a super friendly crew of housemates, ducted air con, dishwasher and a small, low maintenance yard, plus tonnes of street parking, and a double garage. The rooms both have a built-in mirrored wardrobe. We're less than 5 minutes walk to the PA, Dutton Park train station, Annerley Rd at Carville Street, stop 20/19 bus stop, and about 15 minutes walk to the Green Bridge. The house backs onto the train line, but has amazing soundproofing, so we don't notice it at all.

The house is comfortable for between 5-6 people. Currently, we have a couple in the master and one person per single room. To preserve this balance, we're looking for:
- One person to take both rooms, or
- A couple to take both rooms, or
- Two single people to take a room each.
We are not looking for a couple to take a single room.

Bills are split equally, max $150/month per person for internet, water, gas and electricity.

We only just signed a lease renewal with an end date of 04/03/2027, but changes to the lease can be made via the real estate agent. Last rental increase was 22/01/2026, so the rent will be the same for the 12 months.
