About the flatmates

Hello! Liz here. I’m 29 and work full-time with Queensland Health (WFH a couple days p/fortnight), and I also volunteer at my local church. Life is fairly busy, so while I enjoy fitting in some social time where I can, I really value home as a calm, safe, and comfortable place to unwind and recharge.

I’ve lived with my current (soon-to-be previous) housemate for the past three years, moving twice together during that time. We’ve always had a respectful, easy-going dynamic — giving each other space while sharing a mutual trust and pride in keeping our home a safe and well-looked-after place. I’d love to have a similar arrangement with my next roomie.

Full disclosure: I’m an early riser! I usually head to the gym early in the morning to start my day, so if you’re a very light sleeper or not a morning person, this is worth noting. That said, I’m out of the house for most of the day.

At home, I enjoy a clean, decluttered space — often with a candle lit and some soft, ambient music playing. I’m hoping to find a like-minded housemate who values a peaceful, respectful home environment.
