Looking for a roommate to share with me in Annerley. Convenient location, within walking distance to Dutton park station, PA hospital, paper moon cafe, and less than 5 minute drive to Fairfield gardens shopping centre.

The details:
2 bedroom unit in annerley
$350/week (internet, electricity and water bills not included)
Bond: $1,400
Bedroom with own bathroom, fan and air-conditioner, built in wardrobe
Own secure parking spot
Room is unfurnished, rest of unit will be furnished (so you will only need to bring your bedroom furniture)
6-12 month lease with a possible option to extend

Essentials:
- non-smoker (this includes vaping)
- Respectful (I don’t mind if you have friends over, but no loud parties)

- Social: I’m looking for someone I can have dinner with and potentially go on fun adventures with.
- Clean: do their share of the chores, and the simple things like putting plates away
- Working. No students
