My name is Liam, I am very easy going, neat and tidy, respectful as well as flexible to make sure living together is an enjoyable experience for us both! I am more often than not out of the house working, traveling or training for triathlons but enjoy cooking and relaxing around the house also.

I do not have a lot of furniture so I am open to negotiation around the rent amount if you have furniture or do not need to park a car in the garage as it is tandem.
The bedroom has 100% blackout blinds but is not massive. However, there is plenty of room in the shared space to setup a desk to work from home or study and I am very mindful that you may want to use that space more as your own and there is plenty of space / storage space for you to use.
We are walking distance to 300, 305 and 301 buses, Ascot train station, Hamilton Ferry, both race courses, walking and cycling tracks as well as the pool with fantastic views of the city, Hamilton and the gateway bridge.
My previous house mate lived with me for 2 years and she is moving out as she has now purchased her own place.
