The room will come unfurnished. Currently have unlimited Internet which is about $25 a month each.
You will be taking over from someone leaving so rent will be $270 until 21 March 2025 and increased from the 22nd to $285. Move in date can be negotiated for the right person.
Plenty of street parking for those that have a car and directly across the road from the train station and bus stops.

Sami (26, recruitment) and Nicola (24, law) are friendly, social housemates who enjoy a chat but also really value personal space, privacy, and a calm home environment.
We’re looking for a like-minded roommate who is clean, tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Our home is generally quiet during the week and suits someone with a daytime schedule who enjoys a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.
Nicola works from home one day a week and Sami is usually home on her lunch breaks to check in on Bean.
We also share our home with Bean, our small Toy Cavoodle. There’s no expectation to walk or care for him, but he is very much part of the household - so loving dogs is a must!
