Hi, I have one room available in the townhouse I'm currently living in. The house consists of two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living space with ample storage in the basement. The house comes fully furnished.
The house has three levels, so it feels very spacious. The upper level consists of both bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main level has a fully functioning kitchen, dining area, and a large living room. Downstairs consists of storage, laundry, a small WC and the garage.
The house is super close to several gyms, and Aldi is only a few minutes away. Gasworks with Woolies and many other stores are also within walking distance. Lots of public transportation is also close by. (Super easy to get to and from the city)
A little about your room and bathroom:
Your room has a large closet with sliding mirror doors, carpeted floors, ceiling fan, double bed and a bed side table. The room looks over a quiet street and is shaded by trees. This means the room is cool and quiet.
The bathroom has a big mirror, and lots of storage under the sink, and there is a shower over a bath. You'll be the only tenant using this bathroom.
Parking:
the house has a garage, but I'm currently using it. However, the complex has a free parking garage for visitor parking, and lots of on street parking options close by.
Rent is $330/week, and bills are separate (usually between 20-30$ per week).
