Bowen Hills, Brisbane

I am looking for someone to take over a bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Bowen Hills. The apartment is fully furnished! :)

The kitchen is fully stocked, and you're more than welcome to use anything in the apartment, including the BBQ on the spacious balcony.

The building has a terrace, gym, swimming pool, sauna, outdoor green space/garden type of thing and multiple BBQs!

The building is situated right beside the Bowen Hills train station, which makes it super convenient to get to anywhere! You can get to CBD in ~6 minutes, and the trains run very frequently throughout the day, and late into the night (usually run later than the bus services). Looking for someone who is clean, and looking for a temporary spot.

The place will be available from April 16th till the end of the year, with option to extend further.

I know the images are a little messy, but the images are a little old and the place will be less messy. Generally I keep the place, especially communal spaces quite clean.
