ABOUT ME (Katrina): I’m 46 and moved from Melbourne with my dog, Alfie, in mid-2024. I work from home in Recruitment and teach Pilates a few times a week. I lead an active but quiet lifestyle—you'll usually find me walking Alfie, practicing Pilates, playing pickleball, reading, or catching up with friends.

- A Responsible Perspective: I am a homeowner and property investor, so I truly value a respectful, well-maintained home.

- The Future: I am considering a move to the Sunshine Coast in mid-2026, which may offer an opportunity for you to take over the lease then.

- Lifestyle: I’m very clean and tidy, rarely drink, and mostly cook my own meals.
- Alfie is a 4-year-old Havanese. He is non-shedding, hypoallergenic, and a total snuggler. He gets along famously with other dogs!

ABOUT THE OTHER FLATMATE (M): A professional male in his early 40s who owns his own business. He is quiet, rarely drinks, and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and relaxing with Netflix.

ABOUT YOU: The ideal fit is someone who is warm, reliable, a good communicator, and friendly.

- Any (small/medium, non-shedding dog) will be considered and needs to be approved by the body corporate (they are very reasonable). No cats sorry.

- Cleanliness is Key: I maintain a very high standard of tidiness; if you aren't naturally clean and organized, this won't be the right fit.

- Atmosphere: We are looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful home rather than a party environment.

- Pets: We will consider a small-to-medium, non-shedding dog (subject to Body Corporate approval). No cats, sorry!

THE LOGISTICS & COMPLIANCE: To keep everything professional and secure:

- Approval: Any successful housemate must be added as an “Approved Occupant” via the Real Estate Agent.

- Requirements: You will need to provide ID, proof of rental history/references, and proof of income (payslips or contract).
