About the property
This house is fully furnished (apart from your bedroom). I have a PlayStation and gaming PC that I wouldn’t mind sharing at all! There is an aircon in every room of the house, as well as fans in the living room. Your bathroom is yours and for your guests! If I have a guest, they will use mine. I will respect your privacy! I do have a nail desk, but it’s flexible and folds away. I have a cheeky mini bar and lots of storage around the house. There is a camera outside for the dog, however more than happy to remove if uncomfortable.
Outside, there is a grassy area and a tiled veranda.
There’s a bus stop right out the front of the house. The carpark is in a locked garage, and there is visitor parking and lots of street parking. You’ll have space behind your car for more storage!
My puppy, is toilet trained and is fine to be left alone. He is completely my responsibility and I will never rely on you to look after him! He is just a baby and still learning, so he is a bit of a runner when the door opens. All I ask is that you respect him, my puppy anxiety and how I look after him. This goes for my fish as well.

About the flatmates
Hi there! I’m Bri, 21, Female. I work a full time job during the week (38hrs/wk) plus casual nightly work on the weekends. I am a childcare educator and a host at a nightclub. I am also starting up a nail business, running a home salon. So will have clients in and out every now and then.
I have a Cavoodle named Arlo. He is super friendly, cuddly and playful, especially with his toys (so be prepared to have toys under your feet). I also have fish, their names are Draco Malfoy, Sir Succular, and Blackie Chan.
I am a super chill person and will respect your privacy. I am a clean freak, so I will never leave the space messy. Im not a great cook, but I’ll be up to trying! I’m always up for a chat, or even better, a friend! I’m super obsessed with a zen environment with ambient lighting, diffusers and candles. I am a drinker, but not frequent. I don’t mind you having partners over, however they’d just need to respect the house, my dog and my belongings as well as consider bills if they are over frequently.
I go to my parents house once a week as well as some full weekends and the dog will come with me!
