Private business owner and I live overseas.
I have this spare house I woud like to have a professional or student use. I will sporadically visit and just expect the place to be clean. When I am in town - I will only spent up to a week max every other month and I may be with one of my kids. Otherwise no issues. Easy going and chilled.
You will mostly have the house to yourself otherwise. All bills included. Great location if convenience is what you are after. Upstairs is rented to a great group of tenants so any potential flat mate would need to chilled.
Prefer a non drinker and non smoker.
