i’m living in a private leased, common areas fully furnished, 2 bed apartment in coorparoo and i’m looking for a housemate for 12 months (hopefully ++) the rent is $260/wk plus elec water and internet.
your room is 2.4x3.3 with a big inbuilt wardrobe and ceiling fan plus storage for linen in the bathroom

about me, i’m 26 i work at the PA hospital as an admin and i like to do crafts and maintain my orchids on the balcony. i do spend a fair bit of time at home and i would describe myself as clean and organised but not always tidy because i like to do lots of activities. the apartment has quite a curated maximalist feel ahahah. i have two aquariums a cat and a pigeon that lives on the balcony and visits inside the house, so unfortunately not looking to add more animals to the mix

i’m hoping to find a housemate who likes to socialise maybe watch a movie now and then. i’m nonbinary transmasc and preferably looking to live with other queer people! i have lived in sharehouses since 2021 and am comfortable communicating and negotiating with people so i’m looking for someone who feels the same!
