Looking for somebody to take over my part of the lease ( lease ends Jan next year) as I am relocating for work! I will be vacating the week of the 16th of Feb so ideally the move in date would fall towards the end of that week. Rent is paid monthly - $1231.40 ($20 extra as you would be in the room with the walk in wardrobe & ensuite). You would not be on the lease however a bond would be paid to myself & returned to you by the girls if you were to end the lease ($1046.66). There are 2 carparks undercover, these are rotated monthly. So every 3rd month you would be using street parking. I never have an issue finding one. Please let me know if you are interested!
