About the property
Welcome to our quaint cottage vibe house! If you want a homey, cozy and clean vibe, you'll fit right in here. We moved in only a few months ago, but have been quick to make this place our own and we hope you enjoy it! We have all the essentials (kitchen items, cleaning items etc.), so it's not necessary for you have many house items, but we can make room if you'd like to include things of your own.
The spare room is the smallest, so if you’re a person who wants a lot of room this probably isn’t for you. The room does not have a ceiling fan or aircon but we just use a portable fan when working/gaming in there and it stays nice and cool. There isn’t a built in cupboard but you’d nicely fit a free standing cupboard.
The room is on both the first and third slide of attached photos (the first one is the rental listing from a few months ago and third is it now, just a bit messy because it's being used as an office).
The house has plenty of storage with the underneath garaged (pictured) as well as a large pantry and decent bathroom cabinetry.
It's very easy to catch public transport into the city, there is a bus regularly running directly to the CBD. The closest main road (Logan Rd) has pretty much everything you need, i.e. a range of groceries, butchers, bunnings, gyms etc. so it's a very convenient location.

We're two QUT students who became friends through studying mechanical engineering. We recently moved into this super cute 3-bedroom property and are looking for someone to fill our spare room.
We get along well and enjoy organising outdoor activities or social outings, so you're more than welcome to join along for these or keep to yourself if you'd prefer. We have friends over occasionally for dinner or drinks, which you're also welcome to join in and mingle.
We are both clean people who maintain a nice shared space so everyone in the house can enjoy the shared environment. We'd love to have someone move in who's also clean and mindful.
