About the property
A 3 bed, 2 bath unit located in a family-friendly neighbourhood in Coorparoo with a beautiful park across the road perfect for long walks or rigorous exercise. This unit is also close to public transport. We are looking for a third female housemate who is respectful and clean to rent the third bedroom in our unit. You would be sharing with one other girl (myself). Rent is $240 per week (excluding electricity, internet, and water).
The living area has air-conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Electricity (monthly), wifi (monthly), and water (3 monthly) are not included in the rent.
Plenty of storage space.
There is ample on-street parking.
