I have an unfurnished room with an ensuite available in Coorparoo from the 26th of January. Rent is $320 per week and includes all bills and unlimited internet. Flexible length of stay.
I own the apartment and live with my partner and our 3 cats 😽😼😸 Our current housemate of 1 year is moving out with a friend, so we are looking for a new housemate (20s-30s female) who is chill, friendly, clean and respectful. Ideally someone who loves cats and all their silly little quirks 😂

About the flatmates
I (Jordan, 32F) work full time as a Data Analyst with 2 days a week working from home. I am extroverted and social, but like everyone enjoy quiet time by myself too. In my spare time I'm usually pretty busy, catching up with friends or family, trying new coffee & matcha spots, going to the gym and I also run a social philosophy club. I find cooking and cleaning calming 😂 so I am very on top of house chores and love to make repairs and improvements to the apartment. I'm pretty easy going though and am happy to live with someone who either prefers to keep to themselves or is keen to hang out sometimes 😊
Harley (32M) works full time standard business hours as a Chef, and sometimes brings home bagels 😋 He enjoys going to the gym, playing guitar (quietly lol), coffee runs, drawing and working on his new car. He has a chill and quiet personality, but is still keen for a chat with housemates. He also likes to keep the apartment clean, tidy and comfortable.
Our cats are super friendly and sweet. They always come to say hello or will sit on your lap for a cuddle. We keep on top of the cat hair and change the litters every day.
