One of our two private and secure rooms with its own living area is now available for a female student or worker in a granny flat in a prime Coorparoo location. Rent for this room is 250/week.

The room has a queen bed, 2 chests of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, desk, desk chair and a bedside table. It's living space has an arm chair, tall shelves, a full length mirror and a side table.

The flat is clean and spacious. It has its own fully-equipped eat-in kitchenette, laundry and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared between the 2 granny flat rooms.

The other room is currently being rented by a female in her mid 20s from the UK, who works full time. She is very friendly and helpful, but values time to herself also.

This is a family home and upstairs lives a young family with 2 children who are not always there. It is definitely not a party house, but a great sanctuary from work and for study.
As the owners, we are approachable and friendly and happy to help wherever possible.

All utility bills, wireless internet & garden maintenance are included in the rent. Rugby St is a cul-de-sac and neighbours are friendly and quiet. For your peace of mind, the rooms are fully lockable and there are security and fly screens on all windows and deadlocks on external doors.

The rooms are within an easy walk to the Martha St precinct and Coorparoo Square, where there are express buses to the city, South Bank and all universities. Coorparoo Square also provides Woolworths, Aldi and many cafes and restaurants. The home is located within walking distance of quality sporting facilities.
