Hi! We have two rooms available in our 3 bedroom, 3 story townhouse - a master with a private ensuite and balcony, and a room with a shared bathroom but exclusive access to a study/tv room and outdoor area on the bottom floor. Conveniently located in Coorparoo, close to Coorparoo Square, supermarkets, bottle shop, cinema and 1min walk to the Martha St cafe precinct!
The bedrooms both have aircon! Electricity is split evenly and unlimited NBN is $20 per month.
You will be joining 1 male in his early twenties, who is a shift worker.
Looking for friendly, respectful and clean housemates to join a relaxed home. Housemates are often out and on opposite schedules so the place is often quiet and we’d like to keep it that way. Not a party house, but a friendly happy home to come back to.
