Fantastic location!
A few streets down from the Woolloongabba stadium, Coles and a woolworths 900m away, surrounded by little cafes and eateries, and 8 bus runs 24/7 from Stanley and Vulture st nearby.
Street facing rooms get good sunlight (if you love your plants, black out blinds if not), the complex is very quiet with tenants who feel like old friends rather than neighbours, surprisingly quiet for being near a main road, and for the location rent is pretty dang cheap overall.
There is a good view of the city and southside from the balcony or front landing, making it a nice spot to enjoy a tea on rainy days or a nice wine on weekends.
$250 a Week for rent, $50 for internet paid on the 1st of the month, and water/power quarterly (usually sits around $90 bucks a person), no further pets are allowed on the lease.

About the flatmates
You'll be living with Jenga, and her human, Hannah.
She works full time and when she gets home she is happy to just relax on the couch with the TV or chill out in our room.
It is a quiet house, no parties or loud gatherings, as I am a rescue with social anxiety so lots of people all at once kind of scare me.
I am looking for another human to take over a portion of the lease, who is easy going and quiet too, and doesn't mind some fluffy company on the couch of a Friday or lets me curl up on the bed when my Human is at work.
