The house is split across two levels with 2 bedrooms upstairs, (one en-suite and one bathroom with tub.) This bathroom will be used by guests but aside from that it is entirely yours. Large kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and utensils you might need, dining area and comfortable lounge.
The house also features a large wrap around front verandah and huge back deck perfect for entertaining or relaxing and bonus points for our low maintenance yard.
Located inner city in gorgeous East Brisbane, our spacious home is close to great coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and parks. We are a stones throw from the Brisbane river and Mowbray Park city cat terminal, with many options for public transport.

About the flatmates
We are quite a relaxed but social household - often sharing memes, life burdens, funny tales about our day, typically over dinner. We can get around the occasional gathering over the weekend but through the week we tend to keep things pretty quiet with minimal guests, our house 5 is plenty. On weekends we can be found going for bush walks, seeking greenspaces, picnicking, camping, hanging out with friends, gym, and of course on the balcony enjoying the view.
You will be living with;
- Jack, fancy kinda engineer, think spaceships, likes to fix things in the house. Owns every tool you can imagine.
-Holly, Landscape Architect who will unintentionally create a nickname for you and probably plan your birthday.
- James, two weeks on two weeks off spent sailing the seas in North Queensland. Loves to cook and make pizza. Can often be found working on his car or furniture.
We are all in our early 30s and would be seeking someone of similar age or maturity.
I.e You are housetrained, in stable employment and have a good idea of a houseshare dynamic.
