Keeping ad brief,

Just after a 3rd housemate to move into our East Brisbane/Wooloongabba home. No smokers, not a party house, just after someone who is chill and quiet but happy to have the occasional drink or two and a chat with.

Available room is the master with ensuite, it is street parking as garage and driveway are being used, a parking permit is needed but its like $18 bucks for the year.

Will be moving in with 2 guys both with partners who visit often, one works 9-5 other in hospo working nights, this means the house is generally very quiet in that regard.

The room does have a bed/frame and side tables which can be purchased for $200, or if you have your own furniture i'm sure we can work something out.

All rent and bills split 3 ways evenly for ease.

available pretty much asap, have just listed March as will need a bit of time to organise change of lease ect
