We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our East Brisbane home :) The current flatmates are Julian (25) and Sam & Julia (33 & 32).

You'll be a great fit if you are between 25 - 35 years old, don't smoke, work full-time, enjoy board games, music, coffee and cooking the occasional meal together :) While we do get along really well, we also understand if someone needs alone time after a big day at work.

The room that is becoming available (BED 3 in the floor plan) comes with a built-in wardrobe incl. floor length mirror doors, ducted aircon/heating, ceiling fan and flyscreens. It also has direct access to the downstairs deck and is next to a bathroom which is only shared with the other downstairs room (BED 2) where Julian lives. Julia and Sam have their own bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

In the living room, our lounge with its large couch is a great place to hang out and watch a movie and the kitchen is big enough to easily have several people cook at the same time and comes with an awesome coffee machine :) There is another separate toilet on this level as well (handy if the downstairs bathroom is in use). Since the house is built with two levels, it never feels crowded, even with everyone at home.

There is a deck space with a BBQ and pizza oven off the lounge, another deck area downstairs and also a small grass area out back. We have a large lock up garage which we use as storage space and home gym.

If you have a car, there is lots of free on-street parking and it's never difficult to find a spot as half our street is made up by a public park.

We love the location of our house as the area is nice and quiet with lots of nearby parks but only a short car or bike ride from all the important spots.

By bike: 10 min to Aldi, Woolworths and Coles, 15 min to the CBD or Fortitude Valley.

By car: 5 min to Aldi, Woolworths and Coles, 8 min to the CBD or Fortitude Valley.

By foot: 8 min walk to IGA, Cafes, Pharmacy

Bus and ferry (Mowbray Park) are also only a short walk away.

Rent is $270 per week.

Bills/Utilities are split between all flatmates at $35 a week.
