Rent includes internet and all utilities (gas, electricity, water and wifi).

We will have 1 room with a Queen-size bed for rent in a beautifully renovated Queenslander (entire lower floor) in leafy Highgate Hill.

The room will be available on the 31st of January 2026 onwards.

The house is newly painted, renovated and furnished with new white goods and furniture. It is located in a quiet location, and there is also a large entertainer’s deck overlooking the backyard.

The location is within 2km’s of the CBD, West End, and Southbank. It’s super convenient to get around by car, public transport, or even cycle/scoot around to CBD or Southbank (we are within the scooter and bike zones). Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops within the 2km radius as well.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy tenant to enjoy this beautiful character home. We prefer to have a woman to share with two Japanese female students.

We look forward to meeting potential tenants.

Please note that it is 1 occupant per room max.
No smoking/pets.
