It's a little dated, but it's in a great location a short walk to west end and a short walk to Southbank and the mater hospital. The place suites a single person not a couple. I dont have a TV so sorry if you're a tv person, perhaps get one for your room. No guests over, no gatherings or parties sorry. This is a quiet stay for one person. This is for one person. Sorry no pets. Rent is 2 weeks in advance, deposit is 1 weeks rent.
