My wife and I have a 2 bedroom flatlet where one of the bedrooms will soon be available for rent - Available from: 25 Feb 2026
We are in search of a quiet, easy going full time student or full time working professional who is polite, clean and looking for a quiet non-party type environment to live in. 
Please note that we, along with our children (5 and 4) live upstairs for the most part, however on occasions will use the downstairs living room to allow our children to play. (as this is where their toys are all stored).

Bedroom: A very large, lockable, and fully furnished bedroom (6 x 4m), offering plenty of space and privacy.
Study desk with 2 x 24inch monitors available to use, if wish.
Bicycle for use to get to bus stop quicker, if desired. Please refer to the floor-plan picture for a visual representation - Labelled: Bedroom 2.  

Flatlet Features:
You're own private fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.
Shared laundry with your own dedicated wash line right outside.
All windows are fitted with security and fly-screens for added safety and comfort.
Please note: The living room and laundry are shared spaces, which may be used occasionally by myself and my family.

Location: The house is in a quiet street of Holland Park West with ample street parking around 8kms from the city. There's a bus stop only a minute's walk from the front door or the main Holland Park West Station is only 950m away from the house.
There's a dedicated cycle path leading directly to the city (around 30mins) and Griffith Uni campus' are close-by too.

Details:
Rent: $270 per week, all inclusive (electricity, water, and NBN internet[500mbps]).
Bond: 2 weeks' bond ($540) required.
Payment: 1 week rent in advance.
Lease: Periodic lease agreement.
Unfortuately can't accept couples or anyone with pets.
