Great little house with a relaxed and social vibe. We host regular board games nights and BBQs, but like to keep the house tidy. Hi Flatmates, I'm moving out at the start of June and have my room up for rent. You will be living with two lovely ladies who are friendly and super kind. Both are always busy but when they are home they enjoy to catch up. The townhouse is furnished but the room for rent won't be. The renter of this room gets the car spot next to the house and majority use of the garage. This townhouse is at the end of four and is the furthest from the street (not that there is much traffic on Plimsoll). There is plenty of on street parking and there are two visitor spots as well. We've never had any issues with the neighbours, everyone is friendly and considerate. The room has a southern view over nearby Greenslopes. There is a Coles at the end of our street that has all your daily needs. Not too far away is the IGA that is open until midnight.
