It is lovely and comfortable setting in a well-established and quiet residential area. The house is relatively new hence spacious and clean. Come and have a look!! 2-300 meters to Holland Park bus stop which is 2 zoning area. Restaurants, cafe and shops are close too. It takes 13-15 minutes to City once get on a bus. It is like a self-contained villa or granny flat. Downstairs has separate access with 2 bedrooms, lounge, outdoor area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc. All rooms are good size with generously spaced closet. Comfy, homely place in a great neighbourhood under 10kms from the Brisbane CBD and super close to Griffith Uni. Lots of shops, restaurants and gyms nearby. The location makes it very easy to get around; short drive to the Pacific motorway, excellent public transport options (multiple bus stops at each end of the street and the Holland Park West Busway 1km away) as well as cycle tracks.
