I have a warm and spacious 5-bedroom home in Holland Park, and I’m offering a cosy private room downstairs with its own entrance through the garage.
We’re conveniently located between the Holland Park and Mt Gravatt busways—each about 1 km away—making it easy to get around.
The house has a large deck overlooking peaceful forest views, complete with a BBQ that’s great for entertaining or relaxing. Inside, you’ll find a generous galley kitchen perfect for cooking your favourite meals, a comfy lounge with a TV for streaming your go-to shows, and even a full-size pool table downstairs for a bit of fun.
The room itself is a queen-sized space currently set up with a double bed (which can be removed if needed). Please note, linen isn’t supplied.
You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with my current housemate, who is very clean, tidy, and easy to live with.

You’d be living with me and my lovely roommate, who works full-time, studies, and attends church. He’s very quiet, friendly, and easy to get along with. English is his second language, but he’s great company and very respectful.
