I have found a 3 bedroom house in Holland Park and will be moving in at the end of September, so I only have a week to find two other people. People from 25 to 40 would be ideal. As you can see from the photo's, its an older style house but very neat and tidy inside. It has a bathtub in the bathroom with two showers. All bedrooms are large and spacious with cupboards. I will be bringing all my furniture for the house, including, lounge, rugs, coffe table, TV ect, but I'm flexible with anyone wanting to bring their stuff so we can get rid of some of mine. I will be getting a washing machine for the laundry. The house is fully fenced with a large backyard. I have a small friendly chihuahua so not really looking for people with big dogs or cats. There is also a nice back deck where I will be putting my patio table and chairs. I also have a treadmill if you are into fitness. At the back of the house is a huge lock up storage shed for extra stuff. There is also an old concrete tub which I will be using for a vegie and herb garden.
