Also included in the downstairs area is your own private ensuite and kitchenette with sink and room for a fridge and appliances. The whole property has ducted air conditioning in living areas. The room itself is not airconned but we are happy if you want to have a portable one etc. On the second level of the townhouse is a large kitchen, living area and outdoor patio. On the top level is where the other two housemates will be living.

Being on the ground floor allows my lounge to open onto an outdoor area. The unit has 2 bedrooms with an en suite so you would have your own bathroom. I have one secure car park which which would be negotiable. The unit is in Hunter Street so its extremely close to the Greenslopes hospital. I am about to purchase another fridge and washing machine so it might work if you already have your own.
