About the property
This property is located about a 1 minute drive from the highway entrance and takes about 10 minutes to get into the city. Despite this we are located far enough that we cant hear the highway and are on a quiet street away from the main road.
As you can see from the photos there is a bit of mess right now as we just moved in but we promise we arent usually messy lol. The unit is located on the second floor of the building up a flight of stairs. There is a garage which is currently being used as a storage space which you are more than welcome to use. The balcony is really large and we tend to eat out there as its very nice and dont have room for a dining table inside as we have put our desks where it would usually go.
There is a washing machine and dryer located in the cupboard in the hall. The Kitchen is very moden and have a conduction stove as well as a dishwasher. There is plenty of pantry space and a fridge freezer which you are more than welcome to use.
The bedroom is about 3x3.3m not including the built in wardrobe and has a fan and quite good natural light. You will have the main bathroom to yourself as we use the einsuite.
We have just repainted the walls of the entire unit and had the carpets replaced in the bedroom so its feeling very fresh and new here.

About the flatmates
Hello potential future roomate! Me (Shaun) and my partner Bella are looking for someone to rent out the other room in our unit. We both just finished studying our bachelor in psychology and are now taking time off study and just working and enjoying life and hoping to travel more in the future. Currently im a youth wokrer and have been for 2 years and really enjoy getting to help people and make a positive impact on their lives. Bella is working in hospitality but is looking for a job in the field. We are both creative in our free time. I play guitar and sing and am in a band (dont worry im not that loud). Bella is very much an artist and loves painting, creating and designing. We have also just learnt to surf and are enjoying doing this when we can. We like going for hikes and going camping too or just anything outdoors. We arent really big partyers and are hoping youre in the same boat and are hoping to keep the house a quiet place where you can relax after a long day.
