About the property
Hey! We are are three young adults looking for a new housemate to rent out our spare room.
Our property is close to the highway (2 minute drive) and 10 minute walk to main Holland park west busline.
We have 2 air conditioners the main one in the loungeroom, a shared kitchen and shared with 2 people bathroom space. Two of us work full time and wake up early in the morning at 5-6:00 am and don't stay up late. We also have a big backyard and under house space where we keep our laundry. We may potentially be open to another cat just no other pets.
Rent is $203.75 a week with a new lease resigning offer making $207.50 from May, this is not including our electricity, water and Internet bills.
