The available room downstairs has a connected study room, perfect for your own lounge room or sanctuary. Unfortunately no fan or ac downstairs, so we recommend bringing your own portable devices for the hotter nights. You will be sharing a large bathroom upstairs with one other housemate - plenty of storage for your bathroom essentials

About the flatmates
Welcome to 27 Justin Street!
We are currently a house of 4 women, with one housemate sadly moving out to go travel the world. We enjoy a calm, clean and respectful home. We all enjoy a couch/kitchen chat but also enjoy our own space in between. We are looking for someone to move into the available room that also enjoys a friendly environment but also wants to help make the house feel like a home.
A puppy dog will be joining the property in April/May and one of the girls boyfriends will be moving in around June so rent will go down a bit (yay).
Ebony: I am a full-time worker in the fashion industry, working from home two days a week and in the city the other three. I enjoy spending time at home when I am not working or out with friends, it is like a little sanctuary. I am a big coffee lover, I have a home coffee machine (which you are welcome to use too!). I am a very wholesome girly who enjoys walks through west end, slow weekends and a tidy space.
Rosie: Hey I’m Rosie! I work as a AOD case worker and study counselling!
I enjoy time by myself, but am always happy to have a chat too. I love spending time with friends and family, morning coffee walks, reading and pretending to be good at art projects!
Tiff: Hi! My name’s Tiffany. I work full-time for the government and also do casual work at a beauty salon and a restaurant on weekends. I work from home occasionally (up to three days a week max).
I enjoy a calm, tidy space during the week, with a good balance of social time and downtime. I love good food, travel, and spending time with friends and family, but I’m also very happy doing my own thing at home.
