We have a cozy room in our 3-bedroom house in Holland Park. It’s a great spot, just 15 minutes from South Bank or Garden City, with easy access to public transport. Bus stops are only a short walk in either direction, requiring only one bus into the CBD. Access to the M3 is also minute away down Nursery Road.
Additionally, the house is a 5 minute drive from Mount Gravatt TAFE and Mount Gravatt Griffith Uni campuses, and 10 minutes from Griffith University Nathan. In 5 minutes either direction of Logan road there is Mt Gravatt Plaza, and Greenslopes shopping centre.
The room in question:
- Is the master bedroom.
- 4.3 x 3.3m
- One three-bay built-in wardrobe.
- Includes air conditioning, and a roof fan.
The house:
The home has a relaxed and social vibe. We enjoy board games, trivia nights, and the occasional drink, and often have friends over. Guests are welcome, and the house is generally pretty chill. We don’t smoke or vape.
Shared spaces are kept tidy, and housemates are welcome to contribute to decorating and shared items. We are hoping to move some things around and do up the deck in the new year.
3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom + toilet.
- Big, modern kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher (great for cooking and cleanup!).
- Aircon in the shared spaces to keep things cool.
- Covered deck and a big backyard
- Laundry downstairs.
- Strong internet plan.
If you’re interested and able to move in around mid-February, feel free to get in touch for some more details!

Hey!
Jess (21F) and Isaac (20M), are looking for a third person to join us in our home in Holland Park. Ideally, we’d love someone committed to sharing our 12-month lease, who is tidy, and an engaged member of the household. We've lived in this house for a year, and have loved our time here.
Isaac is starting his third year of Film at Griffith Film School in late March, and Jess works as a Phlebotimist.
We share a lot in common and have a great dynamic. We’re both relatively outgoing and enjoy a good chat or hanging out, playing a board game, coming last in trivia at the local pub, enjoying a drink and a movie. We respect each other’s personal space, as a friendly, tidy, and comfortable home is important to us; we value open communication to address any issues quickly and effectively.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, shoot us a message—we’d love to chat!
