Lovely private house in Holland Park West. Close to public transport and located in a very green, quiet pocket. There are 2 bus stops close by, one a 10 minute walk and one a 15 minute walk. Both have buses that go directly to the city, UQ St Lucia, and Griffith Mt Gravatt.
The house is air-conditioned and has a cute little veranda, and plenty of under-house storage space. It also has a dishwasher. The available room measures 291cm x 287 cm and will come furnished with a double bed, bookshelf, desk, fan and a built in wardrobe. The rest of the house will also be furnished. You will be sharing a bathroom with one person.
Looking for someone friendly and clean. There are three cats living at the property (inside with a catio), so no other pets allowed sorry.
You will be sharing the property with 2 sisters, who both work full time :).

About the flatmates
You will be living with myself (Arwen, 21) and my sister (Anna, 25). I am a student working part-time, and I have a 10 month old kitten who is endlessly energetic but very sweet and cuddly. I tend to keep to myself, but I also love a good chat and a laugh.
Anna works full-time doing shift-work, often working night shifts. She has cats who are very sweet and love a cuddle.
