About the flatmates
I’m fairly introverted and easy-going, spend most of my time making art, watching films, and listening to music (with headphones). I work in construction as a TA/skilled labourer to fund my creative passions. Two mates are moving out, so I’m looking for two friendly, respectful people to join the house. Cleanliness, shared responsibility (especially for inspections), and rent paid on time every fortnight are important. Smoking is fine outside only. No parties, but occasional casual drinks are cool if discussed as a group.
