The bus station is just 5 minutes walk to catch a bus to Logan, the city, Garden city or mostly anywhere across Brisbane. All the bills (electricity, water, gas, unlimited high speed internet, gas) are included in rent, so we are substantially cost effective.

We will have one room available on Feb/8th/2026. There are 6 people living in the house already. I am (Rahul, India), 40 years old and work as an IT consultant, I love to interact with people, and always happy to help with anything you need in the house, and mostly busy with work; James(NZ): 40+, works as a manager at Coles, James is a saint, he is very relaxed, calm and keeps to himself, however very humble and always greets, ready to help and talks; Lee(NZ): 37, works as a Transport Manager, Lee is also mostly busy, but happy to help, and keeps to himself; Nathan(NZ): 40+, works as a Marketing manager, very chilled, happy to talk, and helps, Church(India): (30) studying his MBA at QUT, and works as a Software Developer part time, he is very calm, easy going, and happy to help again, lastly (Tan): 30, A mechanical Engineer, he mostly keeps to himself, greets, calm, and relaxed but ready to help. We all help, interact with each other and respect the personal space, and are looking for like minded people.
