QUIET, AC and SOLAR!
It's a spacious 2 storey house for 4 people to live in. BBQ with outdoor setting on the covered wooden deck (recently resurfaced), great for entertaining. Every bedroom has an AC unit, including this one, as well as a ceiling fan and a light. Spare store room downstairs, and large shed for extra storage of items. Shared use of downstairs lounge. Internet is good and bill shared between 3. We have Solar, so Electricity monthly bills are cheap when split between 4 housemates. Bills (internet & electricity) equate to approx $15 a week, paid separately to rent. Room is unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place.
Nice quiet part of Mitchelton, and close to public transport.

About the flatmates
There are 3 of us living here at the moment, it is usually pretty quiet and chilled at our place, we usually prefer small BBQ gatherings to big parties etc. We keep the place clean by everyone chipping in fortnightly with chores, and split between 4 people it makes short work of it. Myself (Jeff) i've moved out to live with my wife, but will be managing the property still.
