Hi there,
We're looking for a new flatmate for our home on Bowen Terrace, New Farm.

The apartment is a rare find with loads of features;
- Fully furnished living areas
- We have heaps of additional storage space
- Full kitchen with every appliance you need
- A separate Laundry with drying balcony
- A separate Dining room which we've converted into a home study, can easily fit a third desk.
- The bedroom available comes with a built in robe, curtains and decent openable windows with screens.

The apartment is up high with great views to the north and east right out the airport. It's just around the corner from Brunswick Street cafes, restaurants, Howard Smith Wharves and New Farm Cinema is across the road. Merthyr Village is a 10 minute walk away so groceries are easy.

The space is massive (can't emphasise that enough) We have plenty of room to spread out without being on top of each-other. (Milena and I work 6 days a week and live busy lives so are always in and out but try to keep a nice home life) In addition, the building is surrounded with large gardens which makes for a really nice environment.

We are open to anyone but our home needs to be a peaceful, drama-free environment. It's not a party house (we are in our mid 30's) but its important everyone can be social, do their part to keep the place clean and be responsible. We like to chat in the evening, occasionally watch a movie etc and am looking for someone similar minded. If you're a gamer or bedroom dweller, this probably isn't the right fit for you, sorry. Ideally we are looking for a full time professional who's prepared to sign on to the next 6 month lease rotation.

Bond is approx $1160 and we pay 2 weeks in advance, we deal directly with the owners (no agents) so any rare issues are resolved quickly. Bills are not included and are split equally for electricity, hot water and internet quarterly which is all fairly manageable.
