The apartment has two spacious rooms with wardrobes and two identical bathrooms. Lots of storage too!
There is a fairly large balcony with a beautiful view. It's surprisingly quiet here even though we are so close to the city. Very close to New Farm Park, shops, and the riverwalk. Really ideal location. Friendly neighbours too. Amazing building managers who fix things immediately.
My housemate is taking her furniture, so the place will be largely unfurnished. Please let me know if you have furniture! Your room will be unfurnished.
There is free street parking with no parking restrictions here.

About the flatmates
I'm a 29 year old female, working as a naturopath. I work at home 4 days per week, and then 2 days in-person. I'm health conscious and enjoy living a holistic lifestyle - I really value a safe and nurturing living space. In my free time, I enjoy socialising, spending time in nature, going to the gym, and trying new things - there's always something happening locally, so I try to see and do as much as possible when I'm not working. I'm open-minded, accepting, friendly, respectful, and clean. Ideally, I would like to live with someone who is likeminded. I really believe that good communication between housemates is key, so I'm hoping to find that.
My current housemate has just bought a place, so she is moving out in March. I really love our space - we've kept a really calming and relaxing atmosphere. I love to have a chat, cook dinner, watch a tv series, but also really value my own space. I am hoping to find someone around my age with a similar mindset. My current housemate is taking the majority of the furniture with her, so any furniture is welcome - this would be ideal! I am also in the process of looking at some myself.
