We’re a quiet 2-person nerdy/ queer sharehouse looking for someone to friendly and respectful to share our small space with us 🌿 preferably 18-25 :)

Despite what it says on the listing, we only have one room available, however since Pip isn’t picky about what room he gets we’re offering two options depending on your budget and lifestyle!

Room 1 - $260 p/w (highlighted in purple)
- 4m x 4m
- High open windows
- cute pink chandelier

Room 2 - $300 p/w (highlighted in orange)
- 4.16m x 5.89
- huge amounts of closet storage
- separate sunroom

There’s also the option of sharing the larger room with a friend/ partner, in which case we’d be happy to split the rent four ways at $185 each or negotiate an alternative which is affordable for everyone.

Our living/ kitchen areas are quite small so we’d prefer somebody who keeps on top of cleaning their dishes and cleaning up after themselves when they cook. Mess stacks up quickly in a smaller space!!

For the sake of openness I’d like to note that as I’m a student and receive welfare as my income, I will be personally responsible for $190 p/w as this is just shy of 50% of my income. I’m aware this isn’t the fairest arrangement but I try to pull my weight 🥲
