About the property
The flat is an ideal location in the centre of New Farm. Ideal positioning with a bus stop directly outside meaning we are a 3 minute bus from Fortitude Valley (or 15 min walk) and about 10 minute bus from CBD. Also only a 5 minute walk from the river, story bridge, Coles & New Farm park. No parking on the property but plenty of side streets nearby with free parking.
Cosy room with great airflow and an amazing view. We have a bathroom and a toilet which are shared.
I have not solidified the dates I am leaving as of yet but i’m thinking it’ll likely be toward the end of March/start of April. This sublet would only be for 1 month! Just currently checking interest, inspections would not be for a while.

🦓Tara (works in hospo and is into movies/reading/ music - will always talk to you about random movie/actor facts in passing)
🦊Raven (Also works in hospo but occasionally has a day job. Creative type who also loves their music - tends to be snoozing or playing with our cheeky cat Shiva)
This is not a party house!! We enjoy to hang out regularly and are a sociable bunch but this tends to be over a cup of tea or watching movies together.
