Our home is a verrrry cute lil gaff and we'd love for you to move in! It's a cosy Queenslander cottage at the low-key end of James Street. In a classic Qlder style, the rooms are full of lush natural lighting.

The room on offer is flooded with pretty afternoon sun, has windows/doors that open onto the balcony (also comes with blinds if you need some privacy!). It's a cute bedroom that can comfortably fit a double bed, dresser and all the bedroom needs with a bit of extra space. FYI the room doesn't come furnished but our lovely departing housemate is selling her wardrobe / hanging rack thing if you're interested!

We've got a big backyard, perfect for a summery BBQ with garden maintenance included in the rent. The front yard is also quaint as, front porch is complete with an ideal reading spot.

The bathroom is shared, kitchen is super spacious with a walk in pantry, washing facility/ storage under the house. We sadly can't have pets sorry!

If you're keen on walking most places, this is pretty ideal for u. Brisbane's greatest bus route, the prolific 199, is also across the street for u city commuting cats. The room comes with off street parking!
