The Guesthouse itself is a combination of old and new, with 29 rooms that are modern, charming and spacious. The shared spaces, some with BBQ facilities, lounge and dining, are attractive and promote inclusive living. Wi-fi, electricity, and air-conditioning are all included in your new home. We have our own gym. Our residents enjoy close proximity to New Farm Park and the waterfront district. Everything is literally meters from your doorstep. Security is important to us, therefore CCTV, keypad entry and onsite management, which are all part of your safety.

Our Guesthouse is more about our residents having a home, enjoying quietness and privacy, it is not a party house nor a hostel.
