The house is a three-bedroom place on Macrossan Ave in Norman Park. The available room is a large, unfurnished bedroom on the top floor with more than enough space for a queen bed, desk, and storage. There's a shared bathroom on the same level.
Living areas are fully furnished and look bloody beautiful. Huuuuge couch, spare room set up as an office for you to use with monitors, stand up desks and office chairs.
Also have an outdoor setting and barbecue. We have people over probably once a month for a barbecue, not a party or anything just a fun hangout where we eat food and play boardgames.
It's an older-style house with plenty of character and a big backyard. There's a washing machine but no dryer, and off-street parking is available.
Internet is very fast and electricity is included in the rent.

About the flatmates
You’d be living with my partner Evie and me (Rhys), plus our greyhound (Bowie) who mostly sleeps and occasionally asks for pats.
We’re pretty easygoing and like a calm, comfortable home. We’re into hiking, camping, boardgames, casual catch-ups with friends, and having people over every now and then for things like barbecues, cocktail nights, or a games night. It’s social at times but definitely not a party house. We’re also pretty introverted at times and value our downtime. We are also very outdoorsy so most weekends we will be out and about. If you're into hiking to waterfalls, up some of the cool mountains around Brissy you're welcome to tag along!
We’re looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Someone relaxed who’s happy sharing a space without things feeling tense or overly formal, and who has a fairly steady work or study routine. Being comfortable around a dog is important.
Evie and I are very inclusive, and a lot of our friends are LGBTQI+, so it’s important that you’re genuinely comfortable with that. Good communication and a chilled attitude matter more to us than anything else.
